Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 18, 2026

Predictable Source LLC dba Jobstream ("Predictable Source," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when Employers and Creators use Jobstream, our platform that distributes job postings through Creator channels.

We do not collect or control applicant personal information. Applicants apply directly with Employers, and Employers are solely responsible for the handling of that data. Predictable Source only records attribution metadata (clicks and valid application counts) for the purposes of billing Employers and paying Creators. To the extent we incidentally process any applicant personal information, we do so solely as a service provider on the Employer’s behalf and do not use it for our own purposes.

By using Jobstream, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

This Privacy Policy is governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware.

Jobstream serves three core user groups — Brands, Employers, and Creators — each of whom interacts with our platform differently.

  • Brands use Jobstream to promote opportunities, products, or affiliated programs to relevant audiences through our creator network.
  • Employers use Jobstream to distribute job postings and attract qualified candidates through creator-led channels.
  • Creators (influencers, community leaders, newsletter publishers, and similar partners) use Jobstream to discover jobs relevant to their audiences and share Joblinks in exchange for performance-based revenue.

Each group's relationship with Jobstream involves different types of data and responsibilities:

  • Employers and Brands control their applicant and campaign data.
  • Creators manage their own content and payment information.
  • Predictable Source (Jobstream) acts as a facilitator — we handle attribution, analytics, and payments, but do not collect or store applicant personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all three user types, with transparency and care for privacy at every step.

3. Our Approach to Artificial Intelligence

At Predictable Source, we use AI to automate routine tasks so we can focus on meaningful human connections between Creators, Employers, and candidates.

How We Use AI

We use AI and machine learning to:

  • Provide personalized recommendations for content, products, and matches
  • Detect fraud and suspicious activity
  • Optimize campaign performance and provide insights
  • Route customer support inquiries efficiently

Our Commitment

  • Transparency: We're clear about when we use AI. If we add new AI features, we'll update this policy and notify you.
  • Human oversight: Significant decisions affecting your account, earnings, or access involve human review. We don't make solely automated decisions that legally or significantly affect you without human involvement.
  • Your control: You can opt out of AI-driven features like personalized recommendations through your account settings or by contacting us at help@getJobstream.com.
  • Fairness: We design our AI systems to be fair and regularly test them to address potential bias.

Questions about our AI use? Contact us at help@getjobstream.com.

4. Applicant Data

Predictable Source does not knowingly collect or control applicant personal information.

  • Applications are submitted by user or job applicant directly to Employers career application domain.
  • Employers are solely responsible for applicant privacy and compliance with employment laws.
  • Predictable Source records attribution metadata (e.g., that a valid application occurred via a Joblink), which does not contain applicant personal data.

5. How We Share Information

We implement rigorous vendor selection and oversight processes to ensure all our service providers meet our security and privacy standards, and also acceptable use policies that align with global standards. See "Trust, Safety, and Security" for more.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value; however, certain cookie-based analytics and advertising activity may qualify as “sharing” under state privacy law, which you can opt out of as described in the California and State Privacy Law Disclosures above. We may share information as follows:

  • With Creators: To provide attribution and payout information related to their own activity.
  • With Employers: To provide billing, usage, and account information.
  • With Service Providers: Including Stripe for payment processing, hosting, analytics, and fraud prevention; Tremendous for Creator and referral payouts; our hosting and database providers; identity-verification, social-media-screening, and fraud-prevention providers; and our SMS/text-messaging provider. Our SMS provider uses phone numbers only to deliver messages on our behalf and is prohibited from using them for any other purpose.
  • For Legal Compliance: To comply with laws, regulations, or legal processes.
  • Business Transfers: If Predictable Source merges, sells assets, or is acquired, account information may be transferred.
  • Confidentiality Obligations: Any third parties receiving personal or business information from Predictable Source are required to maintain its confidentiality and use it only as authorized.
  • With Third-Party Affiliates: Please contact us at help@getjobstream.com and we will send you a current list.
  • Communications & Marketing: We ensure that email opt-out is enabled. SMS/push notification management is an expected channel of communication, whose settings are managed on your personal device and with your permission prompted by opt-ins.
  • SMS / Text Messaging. If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring text (SMS/MMS) messages from us and our service providers at that number, which may be sent using automated technology. These may include transactional messages (account, verification, onboarding, and payout notifications) and, where you have consented, program updates, new opportunities, and marketing messages. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of using the Services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help; opting out of marketing texts may not stop transactional messages needed to operate your account. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Standard text-messaging terms are described further in our Terms of Service.

6. Your Rights

The rights below apply to our account holders — Creators and Employers. Job applicants should direct requests about applicant data to the Employer they applied to, which controls that data. Jobstream must provide candidates with simple and accessible ways to exercise their rights over their data. This includes the ability to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of their information. Clear procedures must be in place to handle requests quickly and consistently across systems.

  • Right to Access: Candidates can request a copy of their data.
  • Right to Rectification: Inaccurate data must be corrected promptly.
  • Right to Deletion: Data must be deleted upon verified request, except where we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes, or to preserve your acceptance of our Terms and consent records (see “Data Retention”).
  • Right to Restrict or Object to Processing: Systems must allow granular opt-out controls.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent (for example, marketing texts or optional features), you may withdraw it at any time.
  • Authorized Agents and Verification: You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we may need to verify your identity (and your agent’s authority) before acting on a request.
  • Requests for opt-out or deletion must be processed within 30 days.
  • Candidates should be informed about these rights in every privacy notice and marketing communication.
  • You will be informed about these rights in every privacy notice. To exercise any right, contact us at help@getJobstream.com.
